For users in the USA or Canada, the switch should be set to 110V.

Secondly, the 12V 30A output voltage can be regulated by ±15%, which significantly expands its application range. There is a yellow button on the right corner that can be turned clockwise to fine-tune the output voltage.

It is important to note that the maximum use of power should not exceed 80% of the full loads, as this would shorten the power supply's lifespan. The manufacturer recommends using this 12V 30A 360W power supply to power devices with a maximum current draw of 24A 288W.

Additionally, the unit does not come with an installation instruction, wiring cable, on/off switch, or screws. Professional installation by a qualified electrician is highly recommended. The device has high voltage inside, and users should not remove the cover. If necessary, the switcher can be dusted every 2 or 3 months.

In the case where the LED power supply stops working, the issue may be due to the overcurrent protective switch (within the power supply) disconnecting. It is crucial to unplug the AC cable and wait approximately 10 minutes. The power supply will then auto-recover, and upon reconnecting, it should function properly.
